This work sample requires the client to lift and carry a variety of weights up to 12 kg. The sample also elicits lifting to both waist and eye level, bilateral and unilateral carrying, and crouching. The sample includes nine weighted bags of varying weights. The therapist however has to supply an adjustable shelf and a 1 kg crate. The weighted bags are made to order, kindly allow a 10-14 workday delivery time.
